Teams Custom App Issues with error

Hello

Does any have an idea about this issue.

We replicated an error when we tried to select and open a custom App in Teams.

We set the Global Policy (Org Wide default) to allow “Upload custom apps”:

We checked also APP PERMISSION POLICY

Please consider that the app was uploaded on Teams and it appears on Apps selector pop up displayed when user add a tab:

But unfortunately when I select AssetITMan app the following error raises:

    Good day! Thank you for posting to Microsoft Community. We are happy to help you.

    I understand you are getting an error ‘This app does not exist, or you do not have access to it. Please contact an administrator.’ Are you getting this issue with other app or it is only happening to this app and is it affecting all users? If the issue is limited to this app only may if you created this app yourself?

    I have checked the settings in Teams Admin Center from the screenshot you shared and they all seem correct. However, they can be some custom policies that were added which are cab be conflicting with the Global Policy (Org Wide default), please check both set up policies and Permission policies if there are some custom added policies which may be conflicting the global policies.
