Assignments not distributing to students MS Teams, "We're distributing your assignment to students now, please check back soon." The work never actually distributes and we are having this issue with multiple tutors and in multiple teams. Help ASAP as teams is an integral part of our online classes and between both students and tutors struggling to both distribute and submit. Have tried both the webapp and the application itself and have also cleared app data, deleted all files in the app cache, temp folders, databases, ect... I have been on your support pages and seen how few members of your community have been successfully helped. Is this really an issue so many of your customers are dealing with?

    Dear Matthew

I suggest you to create a ticket in the admin center, due to you have an school tenant, you can create a service request, support team is able to analyze what happen with Teams when you try to distribute an assignment.

So in any internet browser go to following link:
    https://admin.microsoft.com/#/homepage

Access with your admin account, then in left pane click in Support > New service request > create a ticket, then in no more than 30min an agent will reach you by phone and will offer a remote session to understand better the issue.
