We ar sorry such thing happened to you and we will make our best to help you. We just need to first confirm with you if you subscribed to Office365 for business. If it is so, for the refunding, you could first cancel your subscription if you have fewer than 25 licenses assigned to users.
Refund: Any prorated(calculated per days based on your usage) will be returned to you within the next billing cycle after your cancellation.
Steps to cancel your subscritbtion:
- In the admin center, go to the Billing > Products & services page.
- Find the subscription that you want to cancel, and under Settings & Actions, select Cancel subscription.
- Review the important dates, provide feedback about why you are cancelling, then select Cancel subscription. Your subscription now appears in a Disabled state, and has reduced functionality until it's deleted. In addition, make sure you contact support correctly.
