Can't scroll down

During the meetings, on the right hand side I can't scroll down to see all the participants that are present in the meeting. I see one big scrollbar that does not scroll down and only allows me to see a limited number of participants in the meeting. How do I fix this?

    Hi,

Did you ever find a solution?

I currently have a ticket open with Microsoft support regarding this issue, however it's interesting to see that someone else is reporting the same issue.

There are no scrollbars available, specifically in Live Events, for the participants list so you can only view as many as will fit on your screen. Usually about 10-11 participants.

We have multiple affected users. They have had their Windows profiles completely rebuilt,  Teams updated, Teams reinstalled, Teams 32-bit uninstalled & Teams 64-bit installed, Office repaired, none of which appears to have made any difference.

First reported to us in November 2020, but may well have been an issue earlier than that. It sounds like an update has potentially introduced a bug.

    Hi Sona,

If you are using Microsoft desktop app, you can try to use Microsoft Teams Web App  https://teams.microsoft.com/ to check the outcome.

Please check that you have the latest desktop app updates: https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/office/upda...
If you still have an issue, please try to reinstall the app once.

You may share us a screenshot of the error page so that we can know the issue better and make a further analysis for you situation.

    Regards
    Nik

    Hi Sona,

I'm Nik, an independent advisor here to assist you with this issue.

Firstly, I would suggest you follow the below basic troubleshooting to avoid common issues due to app cache:

    1. Manually restart the app by right-clicking the icon in your taskbar (Windows) and selecting Quit. After you quit, click the app icon to open it again.

If still an issue, please Go to File Explorer, delete any of the files in the following locations:
    • %AppData%\Microsoft\teams\application cache\cache
    • %AppData%\Microsoft\teams\blob_storage
    • %AppData%\Microsoft\teams\databases
    • %AppData%\Microsoft\teams\cache
    • %AppData%\Microsoft\teams\gpucache
    • %AppData%\Microsoft\teams\Indexeddb
    • %AppData%\Microsoft\teams\Local Storage
    • %AppData%\Microsoft\teams\tmp

    Regards
    Nik
