Hi,
I am unable to share my screen while connecting to docking station. It goes black and noone can see anything. If I remove the docking station, then I am able to share but it is very slow. I have tried uninstalling Teams and install it again. Clear the cache and also done the below troubleshoot.
Version:- 1.4.00.16575 64 Bit
Laptop Model :- Dell Latitude 7480 (I have run the Dell Support Assist to verify all the drivers are up to date). Also tried on Dell XPS 2 in 1 but same results.
Docking Station model :- Dell Wd19
Windows Version :- Win 10 20h2 (All upto date)
I can successfully share screen with no issues on on Microsoft surface pro only. I always use the same network connection which mean if surface pro is working fine then it should work on Dell. Please help. I have about 4 users with same laptop model or other Dell model laptop with similar issue.
Thanks in advance.
