    Hello Daniel Phuah(CTC),

Many thanks for your time and patience. Seems your account block issue appeared only when you try to access guest account. So suggest you to leave that guest organization and also contact that organization who has send guest invitation to you and ask him to remove your guest account from Azure active directory from their end. Once guest account details not viewed on your main profile, ask that organization to invite you again and then check the result. At the time of join guest user from invitation email, its recommended to close other all browser, apps.

    To leave organization :

    • Open up your browser and go to myapps.microsoft.comand log in with your work or school account
    • Click on your face in the top-right corner. You may be experiencing the new experience. Click ⋯ > Leave new experienceto get back to the old experience, which is what is covered in this post. Once you're in the old experience, click the organization you want to leave.
    • Then click Leave organization. And that’s it.

To remove your guest account from Azure active directory, please contact that organization’s admin and ask him to follow the below steps.

    Thanks and regards,

    Ankita Vaidya

    hello Ankita Vaidya,

The method you mentioned I tried all, I try to join the guest either using a website or PC app both cannot. I also used another laptop to join the guest also cannot.

pls, note that the laptop I use is from my company and my company should be registered with Microsoft Teams, all employees can connect to M.Teams using our company-given email address and password.

mean I can enter M.temas using my email, **information removed due to privacy policy** you can see from the below screenshot, there is a “Cree, Ins (Guest)” there, when I click it to switch to the guest, the error prompt said my account was blocked. and I need to restart the M.teams.

I did check with my company IT and they also don't know what when wrong, I feedback to my customer and they also try to re-invite me many times but I still cannot join it.

when I click to switch to Cree guest, the below page appears.

so I key in my password, below pages appear.

when I click the x to close this page, the below page appears.

My colleague is no issue to join my customer, only my account cannot join, hope that you can help to solve my problem.

I got another problem with M.Teams, not sure it related to this or not. every morning we have a conference call with my customer, they invited me using M.teams. when I click on the link to join the call it showing connecting and wait for 2-3minute then the M.Teams is re-boots, said there is a glitch, I need to re-join the meeting at least 3 times then only can successfully to join the meeting.

    Hello Daniel Phuah(CTC),

Thanks for post in Microsoft community. Generally when anyone invites us as a guest in Teams, we will receive invitation email and from that email we can join Teams as a guest user. Regarding your issue, suggest you close all application and browser and only open any web browser in InPrivate mode and then open your invitation email and try to join Teams as a guest. To join Teams as guest please use Teams web app.

Further based on your post, seems the error states that device is unregistered, so try to use different PC to check if you can join Teams as a guest user.

If still same issue persist, we need to narrow down this issue and for that we request you to kindly provide video about entire process of Join Teams as guest user via Private Message, so that we can help you investigate to it further.

    Thanks and regards,

    Ankita Vaidya

Hi, Daniel! I'm Katha, an Independent Advisor and a Microsoft Office user like you.

I'm sorry to hear that you are experiencing this issue. I know it is an inconvenience, and I wish I could help more. However this is a user to user forum, and we don't work for Microsoft. As independent advisors, we do not have access to your account. The ID and other account details that you wrote has been blocked by the system for your protection. The best step you could do right now is to contact your IT admin/support or contact Microsoft directly.

Type in "agent" to be able to chat with a person. Hope you get your concern sorted out.

    Regards,
