I had a teams training session yesterday and my attendee has 2 screens, one to work on and follow along, the other shows my screen share. Normally she can see my shared screen and the small presenter window with me in it but this time it wasn''t there. She could only see me if I turned my screen sharing off. Couldn't figure out how to show both me and my shared screen can anyone advise pls? thanks (desktop app)

    Hi Anita,

Thank you for your response. Since it's happening only to this person, it means that the issue is on his Teams and not in your settings.

Can this user test it with other participants?

    Hi Anita,

Good day! Hope you are doing well. I am Jennifer, an Independent Advisor and Teams user like you.

Can you try to uninstall and re-install your teams and see if it'll make a difference?

If it does not work, Can you please perform the resolution steps below:

    1. Sign out from Teams
    2. Clear the Teams credential through:

Search for Credential Manager > Windows Credential > Delete ALL Teams cache credential

    1. Delete the Teams cache through below and delete everything inside

    %appdata%\Microsoft\teams

    1. Sign in to Teams again

    Kindly confirm if this helps!

Thank you and stay safe Anita!

    Hi Anita,

I understand that it did not resolved your issue. Can you try to check if same issue happens in teams on the web?
