Microsoft Shifts - Adding Custom Data

Hi there,

I'm looking to deploy MS Shifts across our team to help replace a legacy T&A system. I've added all colleagues to the correct groups and have setup the rosters and run some reports. When comparing the output to our legacy system one of the data gaps is the colleagues employee number - can this be added directly in MS Shifts or would I need to potentially do this via a lookup after the report has been run?

Thanks

Hi, Andy

According to your description, the issue of your concern that whether you can adding custom data after you ran the reports.

Generally, after you set up all the shifts and exported as the reports.

You would be able to edit it manually which seems to be not be added directly in MS shifts.

Also, please share more details about the procedures that how did you ran the reports steps by steps for further support.

Please feel free to contact us if there's an update.

Regards,

Zed
