    Hi Aaron {FLNA},

Thanks for posting in our forum. l will try to provide the possible information for you.

Based on your description, my understand is some of the people's schedules printed and some of them not. Right? If l misunderstand your scenario, please feel free to tell me. In this case, l did some research, may l confirm whether you have shared the schedule with the team? If the schedule hasn't been shared with the team then none of the information for that week will print.

On the other hand, have you tried Print preview and see if it shows the schedule before printing? Also, Is there any special color or font customization that has been done?

If the issue persists, to isolate whether this is a client side issue, please kindly go to Teams Web App to check whether you can print preview the shift schedule on web. Meanwhile,  please try creating a new schedule and see if that works.

Please feel free to do reply if you need further assistance, we will be happy to help you.

    Merry Christmas

    Nerissa
