When I am in the Teams settings view I am unable to switch between the Grid and List views as the options in the red box are not available. I used to have my speed dials configured in the grid view but somehow I have changed it to List view and I cant change it back. Please can you advise if the option has been relocated to a different part of the settings menu as I am unable to find it.

    Regarding your concern, I tested from my Teams for Education account. By check, both the Grid and List layout remain still. You may further check by opening an inprivate browser window and going to Teams Web app (https://teams.microsoft.com/) to avoid any cache issue. See Browse InPrivate in Microsoft Edge.
