Hi,

Is there any way to override the need for a time window on an activity, or have activities overlap?

We have certain tasks that are ongoing throughout the day, and carried out in between or alongside other tasks. At present, we have these assigned to small windows, but it's causing confusion

    Hi paul,

    Greetings.

I will follow up for my colleague.

The 15 min range is by design and from what I know It can not be changed.

There is no settings for it from the Teams admin center and from the app settings.

Also I have done some tests and the time can not be removed.

For your situation with the time range, a workaround will be to use the 15min range and edit the note.

This way you can specify how many tasks should be done are have been done during that time range.

Of course it might not be appropriate for your specific situation, this time range is by design in office when scheduling, Assuming that you would like to have it flexible, please take the time to suggest it as a new feature with a feedback.

    Hi,

So we have several tasks scheduled in Shift Activities in a Teams Shift. There are certain tasks which we do not want to have assigned to a time window, eg 09:00-09:15. Some tasks are performed ad-hoc throughout the day, and only require a few minutes. there are too many tasks to assign every single task a fifteen minute window (the minimum allowed in Teams).

Is there a way to manually override the time window, to 2 minutes (09:00-09:02) or to override the need for a time window altogether?

    Thanks
