Hello! I really need help with my ms teams. It always says 'Retry' whenever I open my assignment tab or any assignment in any subject. It worries me even more that i already failed to pass two of my requirements just for today because of it. What should I do?

    For troubleshooting purposes please disable your AntiVirus, Firewall, VPN/Proxy for a while.

    Could you please follow these steps below to reset MS Teams app :

    • Close Microsoft Teams (Check out if appears in the Windows toolbar and close it).
    • Copy and paste following path Windows File Explorer:

    %appdata%\Microsoft\Teams

    • Delete all contents in that folder > Re-start Microsoft Teams.
    • Sign in

    However, if the problem still persists then please reinstall MS Teams Desktop app by downloading the app from the following link:
