Hi, 

Need help please!

 I'm doing a Powerpoint presentation in Teams and in the PP I have some videos but they don't work.

Is there a way to make them play?

Please double-check this issue via MS Teams online.

Please follow these steps below:

1. Please go to your computer then open your chrome or edge browser as the only recommended browsers to access MS Teams online.
2. Please go to MS Teams online https://teams.microsoft.com
3. Then try to log in.
4. Try to play video in PowerPoint presentation

Are you experiencing the same issue when you are using MS Teams online from your computer?

If you are still experiencing the same issue then please follow the steps:       

• Please go back again to the MS Team desktop app.
• Open PowerPoint files with the PowerPoint desktop app on your computer.
• Go to MS Team desktop app again > Share screen > under the Screen or Window section select PowerPoint application window. (see screenshot below)
