I informed my parents through DoJo that their children had been added to my class on Microsoft Team. The parents are asking me for the class code. Where do I find the class code?

    Hi Ana,

Thanks for asking the question in Microsoft Community.

AS mentioned in the official article of DoJo, “A parent code is a unique and random set of numbers and letters that establishes a safe and private connection between the parent and their child’s teacher within a parent account. Each parent code is 7 characters long and begins with the letter “P.” Teachers can provide this code to parents by either downloading and printing them out or emailing an invitation directly to the parent.” For more information: How Do I Use My Parent Code? Can It Be Used More Than Once?

And another article indicates there’re two ways you can invite parents to ClassDojo:

    A. Print Parent Invitation Codes

    B. Invite Parents via Email

If your parents asking for the student codes, you can refer to What are unique student codes?

If you mean class text code, as mentioned in this article, the temporary text code is provided by teachers.

Regarding the question, if you have further query, you can follow the suggestions given in the end of the  article to seek help directly from ClassDoJo via email or submit requests in their official site.
