How to Change the colour of @mentions?

I noticed in MS Teams that @mentions show up as red (or very dark orange that seems very red) and it makes me incredibly uncomfortable.

As a person of Chinese decent, I've grown up with the belief that red names = death to the person whose name is written.

I looked at the dark mode theme, but it still keeps (more or less) the same colour @mention. Is there a way (similar to Slack) to adjust all the colours yourself?

Thanks!

    Hi Angela,

My name is Didi. I'm happy to help you today.

I hear you. I'm afraid, however, that if you're referring to the @mention notification that shows up as red, changing its color won't be possible.

I highly recommend submitting a request for this feature at https://aka.ms/TeamsFeedback or from the Teams app > Help > Suggest a feature.

    Best regards,
