So whenever I join a Teams meeting it automatically changes my microphone level to 100 and I don't want to... Is there any way I can change that?

    Please try to the following

    1. Open Control Panel
    2. Click on Sound option
    3. Open Recording tab in the Sound window and select the used microphone, then click Properties button
    4. In the Properties page, click Level tab
    5. Manually set to 50
    6. Click Advanced tab
    7. Uncheck the
    • Allow applications to take exclusive control of this device option under
    • Exclusive Mode section.

Apply the config and restart MS Teams.

If it does not work there is a workaround using third party that we can take a look here and give a try:
