Managing sound and video settings during Teams meetings and calls for optimal communication

Based on your description, would you please try the following methods to see if they work for your scenario?
- Go to Teams web app ( https://teams.microsoft.com/ ) with an inPrivate/Incognito browser window and sign in your account. Check the performance of your microphone via Teams web app.
- If your microphone still doesn't work in Teams web app, click the avatar at the top right of your Teams desktop client and click Settings.
Go to Devices. Check if your audio devices (speaker and microphone) are correctly identified by Teams app. Make a test call.
- If the above still doesn't work, please try to disable/disconnect your docking station from your laptop and test the performance of your microphone.
- You may also refer to Certified devices and Hardware requirements for Microsoft Teams to check if your devices meet the requirement for Teams.
