Only one chat won't load

So this is a work Teams group. I am able to chat with another individual, but this one group chat simply refuses to load content. I changed my password this morning. I connected to VPN, although that shouldn't be necessary. I have signed out and signed back in. I have no admin rights whatsoever, so if anyone has any suggestions that don't involve knowing that stuff, I'd be happy to try.

Can you try accessing your Teams account in the web app using Chrome or Edge browser as recommended browsers to access Microsoft Teams online and check if that group chat would load

    Oh wow, that worked! Yes, I can see it now. What to do about the desktop client? Close and log back in?
