I Cannot add member to my teams. I tried hardly but I couldn't. I keep getting, "We didn't find any matches. Talk to Your IT admin about expanding the scope of your search." Well I did expand my scope search but  still I get the same result . on outlook i added all the potential students to the contacts. i thought that would make it easier, but i still get the same result. I tried every possible solution i found online.

can any one help me please

Thank you for your response. I did wait for 24 hours after changing the scope and yes I could add "guests"

I sent the link to invite them to join they could join as guests.

    Hi SawsanJ,

    When you say “Well I did expand my scope search”, may I know whether you have turned off scoped directory search in the Microsoft Teams admin center?

    For your reference: Use Microsoft Teams scoped directory search

    Have you typed their full email address to check this issue?

    However, if you recently changes setting scoped directory search may have to wait up to 24~48 hours for your changes to take effect.
