Learn to Make Form/Database using Visual Studio 2019

I am new to Visual Studio 2019. However, I have seen the fantastic things it does. I want to learn to use it but I want to start with a simple sample. I have browsed different websites and I could not find what I am looking for.

What I want to learn in Visual Studio 2019 is the following:

  1. Create a Form with specific information.
  2. Click submit in the form.
  3. After I click submit in the form. I want all the information from the form to go to a database

Could you please advise me to get a website (Training/Classes) where I can see step-by-step how to make this form and database?

Or refer me to the right discussion group.
