Miscrosoft Store Not Working

I have completely reset my Computer and after that the windows reinstalled and I tried to Install some Apps using Microsoft Store, and it seems like the Microsoft Store is not working, I have tried using PowerShell Reinstalling the Microsoft Store and It's not working. The Microsoft App is not being install when I reset my computer. Please Help me.
