Error when adding a connector

Anonymous

I am trying to create a webhook connector on one of our channels but get the error,

"Something went wrong. Login required".

I am logged in and tried this on the web version but still the same message. This is only on one team and no permissions or anything have changed that I am aware of.

Thank you in advance for any help.

    Thanks for the feedback Greg

That can be an internal error and then I suggest you to ask your admin to open a support ticket on the 365 admin center to an internal analysis from your account.

It does work on other Teams. I also have tried reinstalling Teams, using the web version, another user on a completely separate computer.

    Hello, Greg

I am Igor and I will be glad to help you with this question :)

Check with some other Team just to exclude the possibility that there is some ongoing issue.

If the issue happens with only one team or channel, please try to clear cache from the Teams Desktop app by following steps below

Thoroughly research any product advertised on the site before you decide to download and install it.

If the issue persists, that can be an internal error and then I suggest you to ask your admin to open a support ticket on the 365 admin center.
