enabling microphone for website add-on in microsoft teams?

hello! i have created a website add-on for a class discord server on a Microsoft teams direct message chat. however, when i join a voice chat, it gives me an error:

may i know if there is anyway to enable microphone for this website add-on in teams? the speakers work just fine though. I've given access to microsoft teams for my microphone and it works on normal teams calls, i just find it weird that it doesn't work on the website add-on. (I'm using windows 10)

    Have you checked the permissions from Discord side?

    hi igor, there seems to be no way to give the website, or discord for that matter, access to my computer's microphone, although it is able to detect my mic, it still gives that error. is there any way to do so?
