i trying to deploy synapse dev to prod using publishing branch as "workspace_publish", for stage i used ARM Template Deployment and i override template parameters as prod and i passed "sql_connection_string" in secure variable

From the above screenshot it has total 8 errors which cause the deployment to failed. I would suggest you kindly debug all the error messages and fix and then redeploy.
