I have 4 cameras set up for equipment demonstrations. I can toggle between them but that is cumbersome and does not present well. I would like to be able to show all 4 at same time. I have not found a way to do that. Is it possible?

Generally in Teams live event, we can set single webcam to a multi-camera professional for video production. The live events in Microsoft 365 support a spectrum of production scenarios, include an event produced in Teams using a webcam or an event produced in an external app or device. Based on your requirement select such options.
Teams: In this method, Teams using their webcam or using A/V input from Teams room systems. If you want to use the audio and video devices connected to the PC, this option is the best and quickest option.
External app or device: External encoders allow users to produce their live events directly from an external hardware or software-based encoder with Stream.
