Teams & Headers

I created a document in MS Word in landscape format. It has 8 columns and numerous rows. My concern is not about the columns. It is about the rows. Across the top I have the following:

Col. 1 Col. 2 Col. 3 Col. 4 Col. 5 Col. 6 Col. 7 Col. 8

No. Name Case No. Matter # Date Brief Description Initials Notes

As I scroll through the document, I lose sight of these rows. I would like to be able to "freeze" so I can see it as I scroll through the document. I tried creating a header, which would work perfectly. The problem with that is in between the header and my document there is another table entitled "Active Matters" that needs to remain. If I can find a way to not have the document and header separated by this table, that too would work.

Any suggestions?

Thank you.

    Hi Joseph Costello (JCostello),

I go through the post carefully, I am sorry but we may not freeze table header rows in tables in Word. I would suggest you give feedback on this to the related developer team of word by File>Feedback in word desktop app, your feedback will promote them to develop the feature in Word! Thanks for your efforts and understanding!

As a workaround, you may repeat word header rows for each page, select the header rows>Go to layout tab>Repeat Header Rows

    Best Regards,

    Clark
