Teams Desktop App does not sync.

I can access Teams via my Mac, mobile version and via Sharefile site. However, the Desktop app does not upload my content. I may deleted and reloaded the app. Any ideas?

    To narrow down the issue, I suggest you to download and install Chrome browser (Safari does not work well with Teams ) and try to access the Teams Web App using the link below:

    https://teams.microsoft.com

    Are you able to access that from the link above?

    You can also try to clear cache from the Teams app by following the steps from the link below:
