When I am attending a video call on teams in my iPad and even my iPhone and I click on the chat or participants button while the organiser has screen share on, and I come back to the original meeting screen, the screen share content vanishes but other users can still see it. I have to disconnect and rejoin. This problem is persistent not only with me but various users I know.

Hi DIVJOT21,

Do you always have this problem when attending Teams meetings from iPad?

If so, when this issues happens, please try to re-join the meeting to see if you can see the shared screen.

Moreover, if you still cannot see the shared screen after re-join the meeting, you may click on the organize's profile picture (like below picture) and check this this will make any difference:

If you need further assistance, please try to reproduce this issue and send steps by steps screenshoots to us so we can understand your problem more clearly and test this on our side.

Your understanding and cooperation will be highly appreciated.

Best regards,

Jennifer

Try check for update for Microsoft Teams and update it.

    Try restart your phone.

Try sign out and sign in to Microsoft Teams.
