As the title says, I can't get access to planner on microsoft teams. Each time I try to get to my task I get a message "There was a problem reaching this app" and tells me to retry. It used to work fine a couple of weeks ago but all of a sudden not one person I work with are able to access it.

Exit of the Microsoft Teams Desktop APP

Right click on the Teams icon in your system tray

    Click Quit

    Click on the File Explorer

In the address bar copy and paste the following location into File Explorer: %appdata%\Microsoft\Teams

Delete all files and folders in that Directory

    Restart the Computer

    Restart Microsoft Teams.

This is happening for me; App works fine, broswer does not. Other people can use the same plan just fine through web and app.

I've cleared the broswer cache, deleted everything for the App as suggested above  (%appdata%\Microsoft\Teams), rebooted machine...

As this reply was dated Sept 2020, is this being addressed or are there umpteen zillion other, remarkably similar dead threads on this forum?

    Hi,

I'm Rodell, Independent Advisor and a Microsoft User like you. Let me help you out with your concern.

Have you tried Teams web on browser?

Logout from the MS Team desktop app by clicking your profile pic/icon and selecting "log out". The app will relaunch itself and prompt you for your credentials. Login and check.

If its the same issue, try uninstalling your MS Teams app and reinstalling it again with the latest version of MS Teams.

Let me know if that worked out well for you. Feel free to ask me if you need further assistance.

    Hello Rodell,

Yes I have tried using the web browser, I also tried login out and back in. I even tried to install Microsoft Teams on my personal computer and tried to access it and it still wouldn't work.
