Some students have lost access to the Content Library in a Class Notebook.

We have attempted to run the Fix Permissions option here https://www.onenote.com/classnotebook/notebook-fix but are getting an error:

Something went wrong

This is happening to all Co-Owners of the Notebook.

    Hi Sct4646,

Did the issue still exist? Do you have any updates?

    Regards,

    Hi Sct4646,

Thanks for posting the question on our forum.

First, I want to confirm if the students open the notebook on OneNote client.

If so, please open it on OneNote online to check.

If he is using OneNote online, I suggest you let the students try another browser to the class notebook to check the result.

If the issue still exists, I want to collect the following information for further analysis:

    1.       Confirm if the students can’t see the content library section, if not, is there any error message when access to it, please provide the screenshot.

    2.       Check if only Co-Owners of the notebooks meet the issue, can you create a new notebook to check it?

    3.       When did the issue occur? Which operation have you taken before the issue occurred, such as removing students?

    Regards,

    Qing
