    Hello Kristijan,

    Thanks for your reply.

As my experience, there may be the following reasons:

    • Your device disabled or deleted by your admin, as shown below:

    • Device has no line of sight to the Domain controller.

The device must be on the organization’s internal network or on VPN with network line of sight to an on-premises Active Directory (AD) domain controller.

    • Your organization have their own local environment, cannot compatible with Azure AD(This will cause many people in your organization unable to log in desktop application)

So please contact with your IT admin to check this issue, and please try to run as administrator to executes this command dsregcmd /status and send me the screenshot of the complete result, as shown below:

    Best regards,

    Regina

exactly same issue for last 3-4 weeks - desktop stops working - with connection issue - have to go to web version - machine search and windows icon to other menus isnt working as well - no one else in company has the same issue - maybe a mismatch on work and personal login? but no information to confirm this - Reinstalled Teams several times - failed twice -  eventually today have uninstalled hp sure click as an idea from French Microsoft support and this time Teams installed ok and is now working - see how long it works!

(also had failed to install error caad0009

    Dear Regina.

thank you for your reply and willingness to help me.

My account is part of a national program for online learning in Macedonia. so the organisation has more than 200k users.

problem arises when i try to log in to the desktop version of eh teams. yes, i get the same window with the following text:

    desktop-849898d6-8d5d-4f4b-af0c-a92a494b010a

    Error code - caad0009

There's a more permanent way to sign in to Microsoft Teams. If you're having trouble completing the process, talk to your IT admin

So now i use the online version of teams, as i have to attend classes, but there aslo not everything is running as it should. I get offline, invisible to others, mic or camera not working...

I cannot tell if others have the same problem, as i am part of an online school platform schools.mk.

Apart of the problem with teams, i also started having problems with my pc, as it seems that it is blocking opening of start button, as well as cortana and search button on desktop.

i tried to insert the text you sent to command prompt and i don't get nothing. The black window appears for a second and then disappears.

    Thank you in advance

Kristijan, (the father of Ana, as she is 13 and expects me to solve the problem :))
