Poly CCX 400 update

I have a Poly CCX 400 I can not figure out the upgrade process at all. USB doesn't work, update attempts from TAC fail. My guess is that the jump from 1.0.1.0054 to 7.0.3.0515 is to big. I've read I need to step to 6.2.22.0185 but can not figure out how to get it on the phone???????

Current CCX 400

Version = 1449/1.0.94.2020040801

Firmware = 1.0.1.0054

    The phone is not under contract and Poly has denied help unless I pay $500 for 1 time support ticket.
