Microsoft Learning Dashboard Issues

Question

I recently passed and received a certificate for an exam I took. I received an email saying that I received the certification and that I can access the certificate and my transcript on my Microsoft Learning dashboard. However, for more than 24 hours now I have been experiencing the same loading error when trying to access the certificate. I have tried to access it on different browsers and different devices, however, the same issues arises every time. What can be done to resolve this error as I need to submit a copy of the certificate by the end of the week.

Microsoft Certification Program is supported on their own forums. I'd try asking for help with exam results in dedicated forums here. (Participate\Ask A Question)
