Microsoft Remote Desktop - Incorrect Password

Hi there, 

I accidentally entered my password into Microsoft Remote Desktop incorrectly one too many times, and now when I try login it just says 'error - unable to connect', with no further options.

How do I reset my password or login to my work desktop?

    I'm Nik, an independent advisor here to assist you with this.

    As per the description, it looks like your account password got locked due multiple wrong login attempts.

    We would need to involve your Organization IT administrator to unlock the account and reset the password from Admin portal.
