    Hi Sophie Morris,

According to your description, my understanding is you want to add a user to your notebook while you are unable to do it.

If so, I suggest you try the following steps:

    1. Sign into Class notebook.
    2. Select Class Notebook, then Add or remove teachers in the Class Notebook Wizard.
    3. Add a teacher by name or email address.
    4. Confirm the information and select Update. (The teacher you added will receive an email with a link to their notebook.)

Here is the reference: Add co-teachers in Class Notebook for OneNote

For” I am unable to add a co-teacher to my class notebook”, could you help us to collect information to narrow down the issue?

    1. Do you mean you cannot find the notebook in the wizard or you cannot find the co-teacher’s name or email address you want to add?
    2. How do you add a user to your class notebook?
    3. What kind of notebook do you want share, a class notebook or a normal notebook?
    4. The screenshot about add co-teacher for one notebook. As we need the screenshot to confirm the steps about you add co-teacher.

Here is the reference may help you: Unable to find my Class Notebook

    Hi George,

I am having the same issues. I tried going to the recycle bin and there was nothing in there.

    1. My notebooks do not show up in my OneDrive either. It only shows old notebooks.
    2. Happens to all my notebooks.
    3. It is a class notebook.

    Any help would be appreciated.

    Thanks

    Hi Sophie Morris,

    Thanks for posting back.

According to your description, you cannot find the notebook in the wizard.

Here are my suggestion you may try to find the notebook.

    1. You can check whether your notebook is in OneDrive or not

Go to OneDrive> Select Class Notebooks to view notebooks you have created.

Go to Recycle bin to check

    1. Since you have mentioned that adding the co-teacher while it doesn’t show the notebook, you could visit the Fix notebooks page on OneNote.com. If you could see the notebook you need, select Fix Permissions.

Here is the reference: Fix the Content Library when people lose access in Class Notebook

If the issue persists, could you provide more information for us to narrow down the issue.

    1. Can you find the class notebook in your OneDive? If not, if there’s other co-teacher existing to check whether they can add co-teacher for you?
    2. Does the issue only happen to this specific class notebook? Could you create a new notebook and check whether it is available when you add a co-teacher?
    3. What kind of notebook is it, a class notebook or a normal notebook?

If you have any concerns please feel free to post back, we are always willing to help you.

    Best regards,

    George
