I am unable to upload files but only templates in my laptop.

Just today I found out I can only upload 'templates' into a folder I made on a channel in Teams. For context, I am interning for my school and thus I need to upload files e.g. Revit files, pdfs, attendance Excel files, pictures of my medical certificates. But now I am unable to do, and now I have to do this from my phone. I have tried to upload images so far through the 'templates' option, but after I upload the images it doesn't tell me where they are uploaded to. I have also created folders and word docx files from the +New drop down menu, but I was unable to delete them from my laptop and only being able to delete them from my phone, because of an 'invalid token signature'.

    To better understand the issue, you are experiencing with Microsoft Teams, we kindly request some additional information. 

    Could you please provide the following details:

    1. Could you please try to upload the file suing https://teams.microsoft.com/?
    2. Do you have the necessary permissions to upload files to this channel?
    3. Have there been any recent changes to your Teams setup or your device that might have caused this issue?
    4. Have you tried uploading files directly to SharePoint or OneDrive and then linking them in Teams?
    5. Can you upload files to other channels or teams without any issues?

    Please understand that our initial reply may not always immediately resolve the issue. However, with your help and more detailed information, we can work together to find a solution.  If it possible please provide complete screenshot.

    Hi Naren,

    I have a user with the same issue.

    Perhaps you can tell us what causes the two other menu choices to be omitted, and that will help us to get information back to you.

    I solved the problem some time ago. All I did was uninstall and reinstall Teams. See if the problem persists.
