Thank you for your response
Let the policy be reassigned if possible.
If needed, uninstall and reinstall Teams to ensure a clean installation.
Close any other apps that might be using your microphone. Sometimes conflicts arise when multiple apps access the same device simultaneously.
If the issue persists let the admin raise a support request via admin to a have support engineer examine the environment and profer solutions accordingly.

We already tried to clear the cache for some user.
%userprofile%\appdata\local\Packages\MSTeams_8wekyb3d8bbwe\LocalCache\Microsoft\MSTeams
But few got the result few are still struggling.
Any further troubleshooting steps, if issue persists after clearing cache.
Hello Naveenraj,
Thank you for contacting Microsoft community. I'd like to let you know this is a peer-to-peer support forum meaning I'm just fellow regular MS forum users like you who are trying to help other MS forum users with their issues. I'm a Non-Microsoft Staff I don't have access to your account, nor I'm authorized to do so.
For the users that are not able to use it let the policy disable and enable again Let the affect user clear team's cache and confirm the behaviour
Exit the Microsoft Teams desktop client on your Computer:
Right-click the Teams icon on the taskbar.
Click the Sign out option.
You may also need to close other Teams related programs such as Outlook completely to avoid interference. (Some users may even use the Task Manager to make sure that Teams app is not running in the background)
Now open your Windows File Explorer and paste this path "%appdata%\Microsoft" and hit the Enter key.
Once you are in the directory, right-click the Teams folder and click Delete. (Some users may want to keep a backup in case they need to restore a previously cached Teams settings).
Now restart your Teams app.
Note: Deleting the entire Teams folder will also remove some local Teams settings such as custom background images etc. Your stored personal files and chats will not be affected.
If the issue persists let the admin raise a support request via admin to a have support engineer examine the environment and profer solutions accordingly.
