Dear Baran Rao,
Good day! Thank you for posting to Microsoft Community. We are happy to assist you.
Based on your description, you're experiencing issues with switching between your accounts in the new version of Microsoft Teams.
One possible solution to this problem is to try clearing your cache in new Teams app. This can help to resolve any issues with the automatic logouts.
The "New" Teams app is a Universal Windows Platform (UWP) app, and it stores its cache in a different location compared to the previous version of Teams.
The cache for the "New" Teams app is located at C:\Users\user.name\AppData\Local\Packages\MSTeams_8wekyb3d8bbwe. You can clear the cache by deleting this folder with Teams UWP closed. Please replace user.name with the actual username of the account on the computer where you want to clear the cache.
Additionally, you can try signing out of all your accounts and then signing back in to see if that resolves the issue.
If the problem persists, since the issue happen on new Teams, we suggest you contact the new teams support team for more professional support:

next to your profile picture at the top of the new Teams, then select
