I do not have this issue on Mac (Teams classic). I didn't have it before (prior to June/July) on windows. I am trying to open my class teams (not university domain).

This is absolute BS. There are like three different versions of Teams all named Teams and with different abilities. Pick one and actually finish it.

I subscribed to O365 I expect to be able to use Teams app with my Personal account on my Mac Desktop !

You have misled us all.

When will you sort this, no blah blah just tell us when?

If not sorting then tell us and we can take our custom eleswhere - it's not like my subscription is FREE !!!!

I just bought ms 365 especially to use the teams app so I can blur my background. Are you saying that the apps are not supported? The list of benefits for a personal 1 person account states apps with premium features. Is that wrong?

If that is true that the apps are not supported for personal use, why is it an option for the personal account as a download?

Maybe I am misunderstanding this.

This is really insane

I tried to use MS Teams with my work email id i.e. ******@work.com, still it detects it as a personal account??
Almost 5 hrs trying to create an account on teams. How to achieve this???
