MS Teams - Pin Teams and Channels

Since the update to MS Teams to allow for Combined Chats and Teams/Channels, I can no longer see or edit which Teams or Channels are prioritized in the list on the sidebar. Does anyone know how to pin a Team or Channel to the sidebar, or expand this list to include more Teams?

Really find the new setup frustrating.

Thank you for posting in the in the Microsoft community. We are happy to assist.

Based on the information you have shared with us; I understand that you have a concern regarding pining teams and channel in teams.

In combined view, the teams chat and teams channel appear in the same column view, if you would like to pin the channel you can add the channel the favorites. The channel will be listed among the chats added in favorites.

Scroll down to see the Teams and channels section >> select a channel >> click (...) >> show in >> Favorites

The pin option has been replaced by the "show channel in Favorites".

as this is the current design, if you would like to use the pin option, I would recommend suggest this feature to the product teams through feedback. the product team use the suggestion for user to update the current feature, fix bugs and create new feature the
