How to access my certifications(multiple) from certiport(gmail account) in my microsoft account?

Question

I have completed nearly six Microsoft certification exams from Certiport and I have not yet claimed a certificate in my microsoft account. I have used my Gmail to login in to certiport account. I have recieved all my badges. I have my own live id and I logged in to it and I couldn't access my certifications. What should I do access all or migrate all the certifications to my live account.
