    Hi there JaneMNT.

I am Lumie and I would love to assist you today.

I am so sorry you are having issues with your Microsoft Teams Workflow.

The error message you are encountering in Microsoft Teams Workflows suggests that there might be an issue with accessing the specific webpage for the Microsoft Flow widget.

Check Internet Connection and Browser Settings

Ensure that you have a stable internet connection. Clear your browser cache and cookies to eliminate any cached data that might be causing the issue. Try accessing the URL in a different browser to see if the issue persists.

    Verify URL and Access Permissions

Confirm that the URL is correct and that there are no typos. Make sure you have the necessary permissions to access the URL. For government domains like gov.flow.microsoft.us, specific permissions or VPN access might be required.

    Update Microsoft Teams and Browsers

Ensure that Microsoft Teams is up-to-date. Update your browser to the latest version. Some widgets and web pages may require the latest browser features to function properly.

    Browser Compatibility

Some websites and widgets may not work well with all browsers. Microsoft services typically work best with Microsoft Edge. If you’re using another browser, try switching to Edge.

    VPN or Firewall Restrictions

If you are accessing the site from a secure or restricted network, check if there are any VPN or firewall restrictions that might be blocking the URL. Temporarily disable any VPN or firewall and try accessing the URL again to see if the issue resolves.

    Widget or Integration Issues

There might be an issue with the widget or the integration setup within Microsoft Teams. Try removing and re-adding the widget to see if it resolves the issue. Check if there are any updates or patches for the widget that need to be installed.

    Account and Authentication Issues

Ensure that you are logged in with the correct Microsoft account that has access to the Teams and Flow services. Sign out and sign back into Microsoft Teams and attempt to access the page again.

    Try Direct Access

Try accessing the URL directly in a browser. This can help determine if the issue is with the widget in Teams or with the webpage itself.

If you are using this in a work or organizational setting, contact your IT support team to check if there are any network or access policies affecting the URL.

I shall be here for your response. -Lumie

Hi Lumie. Our IT department said that the SSL/HTTPS certificate expired Friday, June 14, 2024 at 4:59:59 PM. Is this something you can fix or tell us what the fix is?

    Hi there JaneMNT.

    Thank you for your response.

Your IT department should fix this as this is usually their responsibility. It is also imperative to update these before they expire.

The SSL and HTTPS certificates are necessary to guarantee the security of your network.

Your IT team should contact Digicert to renew it. -Lumie
