Please try the following steps to have a check.
- Close and save all Office files.
- Type run in search bar, Enter. Then type regedit in Run box to open the Registry Editor.
- Navigate to HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Office\15.0\Common\Identity, then back up and delete the Identity folder to check this issue.
If this issue is not resolved, please restore it.
