Displaying your screen content to others during a Teams meeting or call for collaboration
Hello Syndi,
I'm Ibhadighi and I'd happily help you with your question. In this forum, we are Microsoft consumers just like yourself.
To set the default that allows all meeting attendees to share their screen in Microsoft Teams meetings, you'll need to adjust your meeting policies. Here's how to do it:
- Access Meeting Policies: You or your IT admin will need to access the Microsoft Teams admin center. This is typically at admin.teams.microsoft.com.](https://admin.teams.microsoft.com%29.)
- Edit Meeting Policies: Navigate to
Meetings>Meeting policies. Select the policy that is assigned to your users. - Change Screen Sharing Mode: Within the policy settings, look for the
Screen sharing modesetting. Change this toEntire screen. - Save the changes to the policy. This will apply to all users who are assigned this meeting policy.
Please note that changes to policies may take some time to propagate to all users. Also, you must have administrative rights to access the Teams admin center and modify policies. If you're not an admin, you'll need to contact your IT department to make this change.
This setting will ensure that in all future meetings created by users with this policy, screen sharing is enabled by default for all attendees.
I hope this helps.
Best Regards, Ibhadighi
