SharePoint Left navigation's submenu expand and/or collapse default behavior setting

We have a SharePoint site in SP2019 onpremise and implemented "Left navigation with Submenus".

When we expand and click a submenu from a Modern sitepages, the submenu is getting collapsed once the submenu's page is loaded.

How to keep the menu in expand mode by default. Is there any settings to keep it expanded in modern pages?

    Per my knowledge, there is no option to make submenu of left navigation expand as default behavior.
