Creating a Power Automate flow for Teams Meeting Transcripts using MS 365 Copiot

Hi MS Community,

I have an M365 Copilot Enterprise account. I want to create a flow that looks like this:

  • Once a meeting notes have been transcribed and created, it will trigger the flow (but only select specific meetings, not all of it - although this is optional)
  • The transcription will be sent to Copilot using a specified prompt
  • The output then will be sent to the owner of the meeting

Is this possible? I saw this video but only for OpenAI.

Thanks in advance,

Jerry

Dear Jerry Sagmaquen,

Good day!

Thanks for posting to this community.

Based on your description, I understand your query about creating a Power Automate flow for Teams Meeting transcripts using MS 365 Copilot.

However, since Microsoft has specific support channel capabilities for certain scopes and different support attributes and we provide some limited knowledge about some aspects of the scenarios, for questions specifically related to Power Automate, I recommend posting your concerns in the appropriate community. You can find expert support in the "Power Automate" section in Microsoft Power Platform Community Forum. Experts in this category have extensive knowledge of Microsoft Bookings and can provide customized solutions to unique problems.

I apologize for redirecting you to a different community, but I believe this step will ensure faster and more accurate assistance for your specific scenario.

Thanks for your understanding. Your patience and cooperation will be greatly appreciated!
