Ich bin Administrator meiner Organisation. Vor längerer Zeit hat eine Kollegin mit eigener Organisation mich als Gast zu Teams eingeladen. Danach musste sie jedoch alles nochmal neu installieren. Nun hatte ich lange Zeit diese Organisation in Teams zwei Mal angezeigt bekommen. Und in den letzten Tagen konnte ich überhaupt nicht mehr in die aktive Organisation meiner Kollegin wechseln. Ich habe nun diese Organisation komplett verlassen, aber beide - jetzt toten - Links erscheinen immer noch in meinem MS Teams als Organisationen, jetzt zwar mit einem roten Warndreieck, aber ich habe diese doch verlassen. Wie kann ich diese Anzeige beeinflussen?

I am an administrator of my organization. A long time ago, a colleague with her own organization invited me to teams as a guest. But after that she had to reinstall everything again. Now for a long time I had this organization displayed twice in MS Teams. And in the last days I could not switch to the active organization of my colleague at all. I have now left this organization completely, but both - now dead - links still appear in my MS Teams as organizations, now with a red warning triangle, but I have left them after all. How can I influence this display?

In this way, please check if you have leave other's organizations as a guest user by following these steps:
1)Go to your My Account page by doing one of the following:
If you're using a work or school account, go to https://myaccount.microsoft.com and sign in.
If you're using a personal account, go to https://myapps.microsoft.com and sign in, and then click your account icon in the upper right and select View account.2)Under Organizations, find the organization that you want to leave, and select Leave organization. It may took over 48 hours to take effect.

vielen Dank für die Antwort. Leider hilft mir das nicht weiter. Ich benutze ein Geschäftskonto, habe dort die Organisation verlassen und sie wird auch unter myaccount nicht mehr angezeigt. In Teams habe ich jetzt statt zwei Mal nur noch ein Mal diese Organisation mit rotem Warndreieck angezeigt. Und das bekomme ich dort nicht weg. Können Sie mir helfen?

thank you very much for the answer. Unfortunately it does not help me. I am using a business standard account, I have left the organization there and it is no longer shown under myaccount either. In teams I have now instead of two times only one time this organization shown with red warning triangle displayed. And I can't get that to go away there. I am not able do delete the 'broken link' to this organization. Can you help me?

If this organization cannot be seen in Teams web client. Please clear the client cache by deleting all files in the following folders and try again.

thanks for that, I can find the folders. But I am a bit worried that deleting all this data will affect my own organization as well. Is there a risk that I delete data of my own organization with it?

Where do I find these folders? => Library => Application Support => Microsoft => Teams
Do I should delete the same folders?

Microsoft customers are indirectly forced into the mistakes created by Microsoft IT, plus customers are not paid for supporting Microsoft with valuable feedback/work, involving hours, days and weeks of time and serious loss of money for many companies.
