How to transfer new Owner of Teams Meeting

I want to ask about this Teams meeting.

The owner has left, and we need to cancel the account, but we still want to keep the meeting stream to use.

I can't find a way to transfer the organizer to someone else, only add co-organizers. So, after canceling the owner's account, will this meeting stream still work?

Sorry for the inconvenience of using links for images, I can't upload images directly here

The meeting has no option to change Organiser

Just found add Co-organizers

    Dear Nguyễn Đức Triển

Thank you for reaching out to the Microsoft Community. We are happy to assist you.

Regarding your question about Microsoft Teams meetings when the original organizer leaves and their account is canceled:

Unfortunately, Microsoft Teams currently does not support transferring meeting ownership to another user. While you can add co-organizers to help manage the meeting, the original organizer remains the owner.

If you delete or cancel the organizer’s account, the meeting link will likely stop working for scheduling or managing future meetings. Meeting recordings and streams are usually stored in the organizer’s OneDrive or Microsoft Stream account. Once that account is deleted, access to those recordings may be lost unless you take action beforehand. So, I suggest downloading and back up all recordings to a shared location and update sharing permissions.

If you have any other questions or need further assistance, feel free to ask.

    Best regards,
