che remote server give me this error:

It's days about and i'm sure nobody are conneting with.
Can someone help me?

What method are you using to connect?
Are you using the remote desktop?
Are you able to ping the other part?
Are you using any firewall?

Event Viewer - Applications and Services Logs, Microsoft, Windows, TerminalServices-RemoteConnectionManager, Operational
