Connection error from mac to windows

Hi everyone,
che remote server give me this error:

Your admin might have ended your session. Try connecting again. If that doesn't work, contact your network administrator for assistance.

It's days about and i'm sure nobody are conneting with.
Can someone help me?

    Hi,Firstly,
    Firstly, I would like you to upgrade RDP client version.
    Check if any error was recorded below:
    Event Viewer - Applications and Services Logs, Microsoft, Windows, TerminalServices-RemoteConnectionManager, Operational
