I Found the answers as, we can share the file with settings "anyone with the link can access" and take the file information which can be used in the policy.

Obviously we use Azure Blob storage. But using the OneDrive for Business will be more effectively to convivence the small customers.

I was in understanding, that Onedrive for Business will not publish in pics http:\yourcompany\yourwallpaper.jpg but you will have very very encrypted link. Is that even usable with Intune policies for Wallpaper?

    Hi Yannara,

I was also in the same understanding. But the following path will give you the link in this format: http:\yourcompany\yourwallpaper.jpg

Click on 3 vertical dots next to the image, Click on Details, Scroll down on the details pane and click on Copy icon next to path. This will save the image path in above specified format.

Can you access the link publicly? If so does it work just creating a Device Restriction policy?

If not you can use Azure blob storage and do this - https://msendpointmgr.com/2021/02/02/manage-desktop-wallpaper-with-microsoft-intune/

I am intrigued by the idea of using 'Anyone links' from SharePoint Online to deploy desktop wallpaper backgrounds.

The only caveat with 'Anyone links' is that it grants access to anyone possessing the link, including those outside our organization. This means that users don't need to authenticate, and their access remains unaudited, which could pose a security risk.

Intrigued by the cleverness of the idea, but there should be better alternatives to setting up desktop wallpapers.
